Homoród-Rika-Küküllõ LAG covers the south-west part of Harghita county and has 74 members (17 local authorities).

In the local development strategy the following actions were introduced:

• Thematic meetings and conferences to promote the projects
• Organizing working groups to debate project ideas
• Editing, printing and distributing informational materials to the target groups
• Realization of a web site for the LAG
• Analysis and implementation of the registered projects.
